When the periods Comes to you in a month which lasts for 4 to 5 days and you are annoyed, because of menstrual cramps you are getting which sometimes can be unbearable.

Women usually experience menstrual cramps in varying severity causing discomfort. In Medical terms menstrual cramps are called dysmenorrhea. These cramps occur in the lower abdomen area and sometimes pain can be lower back area, in thighs and other symtoms can be Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Headaches, Irritability, Weakness and in extreme cases fainting too. Depression among women , anxiety and pain are common during menstrual cycle.Here are Effective ways to Reileve from painful menstrual cramps:

You Need Take more liquids like juices or vegetable juice to prevent dehydration as dehydration aggravates menstrual cramps.

Herb Called Ginger is effective herb and has good health benefits that helps overcoming and to easing painful menstrual cramps. You can just Boil few ginger in water and Keep sipping this throughout all the day.

If You place hot water bag on your stomach it will help in easing the pain or a you can  squeeze a hot water  towel and place it on the stomach for relief.
